From San Diego take Interstate 5 (or 805) south to the Mexican border. Follow the signs to Rosarito / Ensenada, which will put you on the Scenic Toll Road. Continue on this road for approximately 23 miles, passing the exit for Playas de Tijuana, and through the toll gate where you'll pay about $2.30.

Just past the fourth Rosarito exit, take the 'La Paloma, Popotla, Calafia, Las Rocas" exit. Continue south on this road for approximately six miles to Las Rocas Resort & Spa, on your right overlooking the rocky bluffs of the Pacific Ocean.
